Step 2:  Get clarity and build a sales funnel

Setting aside time to concentrate on clarifying your message is hard. That’s why so many smart business leaders set aside time with our team to ensure they are clearly communicating their message. If you choose to hire ClarityGuides, we’ll help you develop a clear message and strategy for growth. We’ll map out a complete sales funnel and work towards getting the lowest “cost-per-acquisition” and highest “margin-per-customer” possible.

 

Step 3:  Meet weekly and produce results

Once we’ve outlined a clear strategy, we will begin executing each stage of the funnel and reporting data. In many cases, we are able to double or triple lead volume and lower the cost per conversion. This means you’ll have more money to invest where it is needed the most. One time per month we will ask your executive team to join us for a meeting where we walk through data on a spreadsheet. It may not look much like a marketing meeting…in fact it will sound more like a board meeting than a creative briefing. Our goal is to identify gaps in the funnel and produce a higher rate of return.
